Customers requesting priority shipping must place and have their order confirmed via email before 12:00PM. Central Standard Time to have the item(s) shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM will be shipped the following business day.

If you would like your order sent to a P.O. Box address or APO/FPO, please make sure that the billing address on the payment card matches the billing address on the account. If you would like your package sent to an address other than the billing address, has the right to hold your package for up to 5 days until the cardholder is reached to authorize the transaction. does not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

‚ÄčOrders that are being shipped to U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Hawaii via Standard Shipping may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Orders shipped via Priority Shipping can take up to 15 business days.

Please remember that if you request a store credit, it will be issued by email in the form of an electronic gift card available for use instantly, once your return is processed. Store credits can be applied to your next order and never expire. If you request a refund, please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you would like to return merchandise, you must notify Like A Boss no later than past 7 days after receipt of the item(s), which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company. All returns past 7 days after receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, odor, or damage. Please remember that this return policy applies to online purchases only made through Please see below for details:
Final Sales: All sales, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, lingerie, and item(s) purchased through "Last Piece Sale" category. These items cannot be returned for exchange, store credit or refunds. Please make sure to read and understand our return policy to ensure that you are entitled to a return.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing your purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour window, you will have to wait until you receive the item and ship it back to us in the original packaging in order to receive the full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For all other items, we will happily accept returns for store credit or refund for any item that is returned in an unused condition with all original tags still present without any signs of wear, smoke or odor. Items returned outside of our return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

Shipping Charges on Returns:

In the event that the order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to incorrect or inaccurate address information, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
In the event that Like a Boss has shipped an item(s) that was different from your original order, we will refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit. Subject to the following: If UPS ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If USPS Express or Priority services are used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit not the actual amount you spent.
Like a Boss inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, smoke, and damage. In the event that the item returned does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive any refund or store credit.
To ensure proper processing, indicate the reason for return as either "Defective" or "Received Wrong Item". Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available and requested, will be shipped to you free of charge or store credit applied if preferred. If your exact replacement is out of stock, a store credit in the amount of the purchased item will be applied to your account.

The 15% restocking fee will be charged to the payment method originally used to cover the costs we incur related to the return of the merchandise.

Shipping Charges on Returns:

Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
